She is the founder of Excellent VA, the premier and only virtual assistance service dedicated exclusively to orthopedic surgeons.

Her journey began in an unexpected way—as a call center agent handling prior authorizations and insurance verification while juggling being a first year medical student to financially support her studies.

While still in medical school, she further honed her skills as a virtual assistant, blending her insights from the call center with her growing medical expertise. This unique combination of experience set her on a path to create and lead a service that exemplifies the gold standard for virtual assistance.

In August 2024, she graduated from medical school at the age of 24, honored as the Most Outstanding Clinical Clerk in Orthopedics. This achievement clarified her career focus and strengthened her resolve to pursue her vision of specialized virtual assistance. Inspired by the mentorship and guidance from her esteemed clients, she established an LLC in the USA for virtual assistance services.

Today, she proudly leads a team of over 20 Filipino VAs, leveraging her comprehensive background—spanning from call center experience to medical knowledge—to help doctors reclaim their time and enhance their financial success through strategic task delegation and outsourcing.
